• What is weight loss coaching? I work one-on one with individuals in three sessions. The first session usually lasts an hour and a half. The remaining two sessions are an hour and a half hour respectively. 

  • What happens during a session? I help people understand the process of intermittent fasting for health benefits and weight loss. I also utilize NLP which helps make changes in the way people think in order for them to reach their goals more easily than they could have ever imagined.

  • How long does it take to get rid of weight? Everyone's body is unique, and most people achieve their goals within a six month period.

  • Can you help anyone including men? While I specialize in women, I have helped men including my own husband get rid of excess weight.

  • Do I need to check with my doctor prior to starting weight loss coaching? I advise all my clients to check with their doctor before embarking on any weight loss program. Your primary care provider knows your body best.
