  • How can I help you? First, I help you understand the process of intermittent fasting for health benefits and weight loss. I provide coaching to those who want it which helps make changes in the way people think in order for them to reach their goals more easily than they could have ever imagined. I've trained my brain to think differently, and I've learned how to help others in the process!

  • How long does it take to get rid of weight? Everyone's body is unique. The sooner you get started, the sooner results can occur. If not now, when?

  • Can you help anyone including men? While I specialize in women, I have helped men including my own husband get rid of excess weight.

  • Do I need to check with my doctor prior to starting weight loss coaching? I advise all my clients to check with their doctor before embarking on any weight loss program. Your primary care provider knows your body best.
